ROCCA Riviera in Munich

Always wonderful. Very polite staff and great food. Not exactly cheap but quality has its price and the special form of preparation is absolutely worth it to me! Always my pleasure!

The restaurant is very nicely decorated. The staff was super friendly and the service was accordingly great, we didn't have to wait long and were able to enjoy the food straight away. We liked the food excellent and the portion was also good, since we actually expected a smaller portion, as you hear from “upscale and expensive” restaurants. Unfortunately, with the steak you had to order a side dish, which is a shame, but not tragic. Overall, we really liked Rocca Riviera and can recommend it to others. The restaurant has earned its Michelin star.

Very nice ambience. Food great. However, while we were walking, we were given the coat by a completely overwhelmed employee (here I expect someone to help me into the coat) without saying goodbye.

Super nice location with a great ambience! The food is good, so are the wines and the service is very attentive. Unfortunately, the employees have a slight tendency to be arrogant. All in all good, but nothing extraordinary that one would expect given the prices. Nevertheless we would come again.

Furniture cannot be compared with other restaurants. The ceiling lamp is incredibly beautiful, as is the overall style that the owner has created.

Unfortunately, the staff and their competence cannot keep up, which is a shame. Unfortunately, my impression was that there are no trained specialists there, all just friends and acquaintances who just help. I also think that the claim of the house must also be reflected in the presentation and presentation of the staff, unfortunately not available here! 36 euro for two glasses of white wine? No way, it's crazy. Was about to forget: two glasses by standing - not even seated at a table. 10 minutes and that's it.

Great place to see and be seen. The place is decked out for glamour and luxury. Beautiful bar space for cocktails and snacks or sit in and dine the night away with some tasty dishes.

Great food and friendly service. They have a great selection of European dishes with many starters to choose from. The tenderlion steak i ordered was very tender and tasty. Location is in the center of the city and the decor is very nice.

The food is good, but not spectacular. Drinks are good. The price is a bit too high, but food portion size is okay. Decoration is very beautiful.

I went to Rocca Riviera for the first time last night. I really like the ambiance and the decor. Stylish and elegant. The service was very good, courteous and friendly. The drinks and the food were very good. I highly recommend the Rocca Riviera.

Great food- awful staff. Our server Yana on June 1st was totally rude when asking for the bill. We are of course going to pay what we consumed, but it seemed she thought we were not. So ironic to be in a fancy restaurant in where their servers are not trained well enough to treat their paying customers.

We stopped by in Rocca Riviera accidentally and proceeded to have a few cocktails. The service was great and the cocktails were absoulutely delicious. Then we decided to move from inside to the outside area, this was a mistake that ruined our whole experience at the restaurant. The two men who were working outside were extremely rude, one of them called himself a "Manager", Honestly? He doesn't have any skills for a management role. One of his staff members who was working outside was very rude too. This is exactly what he learned from his "manager", to be rude to his clients. We asked to have a table outside, this happened around 9-10pm. They had plenty of free tables. The servant and his "manager" told us that we can not have a table, even though we had cocktails in our hands, because tables outside are for people who want to have a dinner apparently. They allowed us to finish our drinks that were not cheap next to the outside service area. We were lost for words. This is an outrage in my opinion and not acceptable service, we spent over €150 euros on drinks by the way. We were guests in the restaurant and a few staff members who were working outside treated us with no respect. I wanted to give this place 5 stars before we moved to the outdoor area but unfortunately I can't because of the rude staff members who were serving tables outside and their disrespectable behavour to their customers. Shame on you.

Trendy restaurant in a central location of Munich. Even for Munich the food is expensive. Good quality, but the taste was as expected. It was good, but based on the prices nothing extraordinary. Friendly service. Food and drinks are served quickly. At the weekend there is a DJ with turntables. Large area outside the restaurant, where you can sit. Just four stars because of the prices and the missing highlights in regards to the taste of the food.

Great restaurant with great food, was not as full as I would have expected it to be but that was probably because of Easter break.

Great place

Very nice family dinner at Easter. Uncomplicated, friendly service. Wide list, excellent wines. I took buffala mozzarella as a starter. High-quality mozzarella, delicious sauce and pistachios and juicy, sweet tomatoes made the dish delicious. My companion was also excellent. Prosciutto was also reportedly good. My main course I ate a fillet steak "Cafe de Paris", the meat was good, maybe a bit too mature (I ordered medium-rare, was mieleestöni more medium +. Lisukeparsat were delicious. Desserts blew up the consciousness. Tiramisu was absolutely wonderful, moist and coffee and great looking and great big cheesecake was The atmosphere was relaxed, a little minus that we had to wait for the coffee for a long time, but on the other hand, the place was full, all the dishes were great, but yes that must be at that price!

Trendy Italian restaurant. I have been there already a few times and was never disappointed. The food and drinks are great. The staff friendly and attentive.

We came here on a family vacation to Munich at the recommendation of the hotel concierge. The ambiance was lovely, but the service and front-of-house staff were below par. The food was excellent, if very expensive. I had the lobster risotto (delicate, well-executed) and our party had mixed seafood as well as the chicken and pappardelle. I would go again if someone else was paying and if someone could promise me that I’d never have the same server again. You’re here to look cool, not to be treated well.

It's one of the most posh "Italian" restaurants in Munich. I tried it for lunch. The only great thing is the interior. Our waiter had a very slang German. Which doesn't match with a high class restaurant like this. Also the main course "Steak" was not good. The meat was very chewy. We didn't have time to complain. Koi and Rocca Riviera are owned by the same guy. And Koi is unfortunately has not good meat either. I assume same butcher. So: nice interior but not worthy. There are better restaurants in Munich.
